Description
Work4Ever Labour Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Independent Site Supervisor to support project operations across Gauteng.
The Independent Site Supervisor will act as the operational link between client site management, the on-site workforce and Work4Ever’s central operations team. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring workforce activities, maintaining accurate attendance and timesheet records, enforcing site procedures, and providing timely field reports.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage on-site workforce operations and daily shift -activities.
-Conduct daily roll calls and verify employee attendance.
-Maintain accurate daily shift registers.
-Review and authorize weekly timesheets for payroll submission.
-Monitor workforce compliance with client site procedures.
-Support adherence to occupational health and safety requirements.
-Report attendance, workforce issues and operational developments to Work4Ever.
-Provide real-time field updates and documentation through digital communication channels.
-Act as a professional point of contact between the workforce, client site management and Work4Ever.

-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-Additional supervisory, operations, logistics or health & safety training will be advantageous.
Experience
-Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail or similar operational environments.
-Experience managing or coordinating workers is advantageous.
-Experience with attendance registers and timesheet administration is advantageous.
