Work4Ever (Pty) Ltd is recruiting experienced Human Resources professionals across South Africa for upcoming client projects within our Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Temporary Employment Services (TES) divisions. We are seeking confident, experienced HR professionals who can independently manage HR functions and provide professional support to our clients with minimal supervision. Successful applicants will become part of our national talent pool and may be deployed to client projects as suitable opportunities become available.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the client assignment, you may be responsible for:
● Managing day-to-day HR operations.
● Recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees.
● Payroll administration and HR record management.
● Drafting employment contracts and HR documentation.
● Managing employee relations and disciplinary processes.
● Advising management on labour law and HR best practices.
● Implementing HR policies and procedures.
● Performance management and employee development.
● Leave administration and attendance management.
● HR reporting and compliance audits.
● Supporting organisational restructuring and change management.
● Ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA), and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources Development, or a related qualification.
● Registration with SABPP will be an added advantage.
Experience (Required)
● Minimum of 3 years’ proven Human Resources experience is essential.
● Demonstrated experience managing HR functions independently.
● Experience in recruitment and selection.
● Experience in employee relations and disciplinary processes.
● Experience in HR administration and personnel records.
● Experience in payroll administration or payroll support.
● Experience implementing HR policies and procedures.
● Sound working knowledge of South African labour legislation.
● Experience supporting management with HR advice and compliance.
● Experience using HRIS or payroll systems will be advantageous.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Professional report writing and documentation skills.
● High level of integrity and confidentiality.
● Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
