Description

Work4ever Labour Solutions is seeking a well-presented, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our clients’ teams. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front desk operations.

Salary: R6,500 – R12,000 per month (depending on experience)

Requirements

* Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement)
* Certificate or Diploma in Reception / Office Administration (advantageous)
* Minimum 1–2 years receptionist or front desk experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email, telephone systems)
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Clear criminal record



Duties

* Answer and direct phone calls
* visitors and clients professionally
* Manage front desk and reception area
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Maintain visitor logs and records
* Assist with basic administrative support when needed
