Qualified Mechanical Technician

Work4ever Labour Solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our clients’ teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.

Salary: R15,000 – R35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

* Mechanical Engineering qualification or Trade Test Certificate
* Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience
* Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Good communication skills
* Clear criminal record

Duties

* Install and maintain mechanical equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
* Ensure machinery operates efficiently
* Complete maintenance reports and documentation
* Adhere to workplace health and safety standards
